Payments
To book this tour we require a non-refundable non-transferable deposit of 25% at the time of booking. A further 50% is due 20th June and payment is due 30 days before travel. All payment beyond these dates are fully non-refundable and non-changeable.
What about my Challenge Barcelona 2025 Entry?
Guaranteed Entry Challenge Barcelona 2025
We offer the option to buy a guaranteed entry for 2025 Challenge Barcelona at a discounted rate. All entries must be linked to a package, and we can’t offer entries without a package. Athletes with their own entry can also book our packages.
When you purchase your entry with us, you will pay Tri Travel directly and we will send you a unique booking code to complete your registration at a zeroed down on the Challenge website. You will receive your booking code within 2 weeks of booking, though the waiting time may increase during busy periods and weekends.
Who can book
Our tours are available to book for Triathletes and family and friends from any country.
Can I still keep my entry if I cancel my tour?
All entries remain linked to a tour and cannot be used as a standalone entry without a tour package.
Your Details
Please check all the details shown to make sure the names on your booking are the same as each person's passport. If not, please let us know within 48 hours of making your booking so we can change them. If you don't let us know straight away, you may be charged. Names must be given at the time of booking and any shown as TBA will be classed as a name change and there will be a charge.
Insurance
Destination Sport Experiences strongly recommends travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance with sufficient healthcare cover, including cover for existing medical conditions and any activities you plan to do.
If you have a European Health Insurance Card, it will be valid up to its expiry date. This will be replaced with a new UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). You can find further details here.
